Puerto Vallarta 12-30-04

This trip to Puerto Vallarta was very fun. I took my 2 friends: Adam & Nati. Adam was a courageous one, I must say, for going to a forein country with friends, despite our short friendship. We only stayed in Puerto Vallarta for a couple of days. Most which we spend on the road driving back and forth between Puerto Vallarta and Nayarit, the state right next to Jalisco, which is on the way to Puerto Vallarta. My sister has a house in Nayarit, that is why we decided to stay there. It was only an hour and a half of drive to get to Puerto Vallarta from there, so it wasn't too bad.

This is Adam (left) me (middle), and my nephew Beto (right). I was trying out the camcorder.

I didn't want to leave the island.

This is Adam posing for the cam. Talking about the cam, the pics were taken by a digital camcorder so the quality kind of sucks.

Here we are in a deserted island we managed to get in thanks to the 4x4 capabilities of my Jeep.

This is Adam and Nati covering my nephew with sand. We were just having a great time. :)

Adam on left, Nati in the middle, and me on the right. We were in Puerto Vallarta having a great time.

A far view at the beach near Puerto Vallarta.

Swerky, Ahmad (Egypt)

This is my very great friend from Egypt. In so little time we have become closer friends, almost like far away bothers we both never had. He has lived such a life. The things he was telling me about his life left me amazed. He has gone thrgouh so much even before he was born. This why I can relate to him so much. Our scenerios and circumstances are different, of course, but I feel we both felt about the same at times. He is going to take a trip to Italy with one of his good friends. They will be there for at least 2 weeks. i hope to visit both Egypt and Europe. :-) I am very proud to call him friend! now he started a Blog for us to see his writings. Here is the link:

This is a picture of my friend riding a camel passing by the famuos pyramids.

This a great view of the body of water that separates the city.

Here he is being adorable to that little dog. This is my favorite picture of him. One can truly see his kindness to creatures :-)

Another picture of the city. I like that structure.

Here he is again by the water having a great time, as he smiles to the camara.

Guillaume (near Paris, France)

This is Guillaume! He is one, in my circle of friends, that I have met. Now he is back home in France. His family has a mansion, as he calls it. It sems a pretty good size house, and nice from the pictures he has given me. How could I describe G, as I call him since I can't spell his name LOL He has grown so much from the time I had met him back a couple of years in Las Cruces. He was going to NMSU as an exchange student. In the beginning he was having a lot of trouble making new friends and adjusting to the US. He claimed people treated him different, or dind't seem to sympathize with him. That was just temporary. I felt better when he started to meet more people and having friends. Before I knew it, he was already traveling here and there. I recall trips he had taken to San Diego. He even called me from there telling me that he was moving there. Then another trip to New York, then Florida. His greatest American friend I would say has been Paulo. He has been there for him in a lot of things, and has offered his support to him. They still keep in touch. G invited him and other friends he had met to visit him at his home. Some already have. I want to go as well one of these days. :) G was struggling for a while to pass his exams. He wants to be a flight attendant. Finally he passed his exams, and now will start a job with an air company soon. This will give him the opportunity to travel to the US again sometime soon. We have plans to meet again. There is a story I would like to share about G, but because of our friendship, I can't publish it at this time.

This was taken in White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico near Alamogordo. Another wonder of NM. For a slim guy, G is very flaxible as we can see.

This pic was taken in réunion island. G went there on vacations to help out a relative.

This was also taken in réunion island.

This is a skewed pic of the mansion.
This was taken while he was in San Diego, CA. You could tell he was very happy :)

Isn't this house attractive. No wonder he doesn't mind inviting friends he has met. There is enough rooms there to host Pride in Paris LOL By the way, this mansion was located near outside Paris.

Fernie (EL Paso, TX)

This is fernie. He is someone I still have yet to meet in person. He lives in El paso, TX or last I heard. It's been a while since I've talked to him even on the phone. Before we would chat and once in a while talk on the phone. We tried meeting a few times while I was in El Paso, but his work schedule mainly was the reason.

Rudy (Albuquerque, NM)

Rudy is a friend I met through Nate. They used to be roomates in Las Cruces. I took that pic of him when we went for lunch long time ago. They were my first friends in Las Cruces: Nate mainly. We hang out at their place. Sometimes we would drink there or go out clubbing. Rudy now lives in Albuquerque again being roomies with Nate.

Nate (Albuquerque, NM)

Marat (Russia)

This is Marat. We exchanged a few e-mails. He saw my profile on yahoo, and became interested in getting to know me. He was my first Russian internet buddy. I have his e-mails, and might post them here one day. They are very informative about how he lives, and what he does over there. He seems like a very sweet man. I haven't heard from him in a while. I hope he is doing alright, and to know more of him.

Carlos (Clovis, NM)

This is Carlos from Clovis. We started chatting a while back. I met him in the New Mexico chat room. We chat once in a while still. He gave me his # to get in touch if I ever head to his direction. He knew some of the people I knew from Clovis as well.

Paul (Roswell, NM)

Paul is from Roswell. I met him through friends of friends at my house. I used to through parties once in a while. He is very sweet. We always joked about a lot of things. Now he lives in Albuquerque.

Chris (Carlsbad, NM)

Ashan (El Paso, TX)

This is Ashan. He is originally from Idia. For what I know of him, he has always being surrounded with English speaking people. I think he grew up somewhere in Alfrica in care of some white dudes. Now he is in the USA. He has lived in several places already. Now he lives in EL Paso, TX. He is studying to be a doctor.

I had seen Ashan at the bars sometimes, but he was always alone. He seemed like he was always drunk. LOL I anted to talk to him but I never got the guts too. I found him interesting. I knew there was something different about hime that distinguished him from the rest. It was his origin, now I realized. Arabs, Indians (from India), and over all most middle-eastern culture is interesting to me.

One day, I noticed he was talking to one of my friends. I took that as a great opportunity to start to talk to him since we had a common person. My friend was the one that introduced us. Our friend left right away, so I go tto talk with him for a while.

Paris (Atlanta, GA)

This is Paris from Atlanta. He is an internet friend that I talk to and chat with often. He is always sweet and calls me almost every other day. We met in a charoom in gay.com. This pic seems kind of old. I will try to get another updated one.

Adrian (El Paso, Texas)

This is one of my current great friends. his name is Adrian. He lives in El Paso, Tx. I started to get to know him way before since he was coming back to El Paso. He used to live in San Diego. He was in the army there. A lot of my friends find him attractive. He is very fun to be around, and always has a lot of energy. He wakes up super early even if he parties. He has been volunteering with some organization, which on Pride 2005 in El Paso, he got me to help him out pass and get people to fill out surveys. It was fun, though. We met the quota! Adrian currently works as an exostic dancer at times in the El Paso Mining Company Club.

Tony (Las Cruces, NM)

This is Tony from Las Cruces, NM. He is a nice man I got to meet for dinner in Roswell. He was there for business, and took the opportunity to finally met him in person. He was in Albuquerque for Pride and saw him there as well.

This is Mario. he lives in Guadalajara, Mexico. I have been chatting with him for about 2 years now. He seems very professional. Unfortunaltely, we didn't meet because of the timing and the fact we were in different cities. Maybe next time.

Jeffrey

Jeffrey is an internet friend that maybe one day we might meet in real life. He has his own business, and helps his dad with a website. He has a lamp shop, and promised to make an "Alien" lamp for sale sometime. He is one of the few internet friends that has brought me support in those times I really needed someone. He never forgets my birthday nor the time when my mom passed away. He is super sweet. We don't have much communication lately, but do know in some way I am special to him.

Kevin (New Zealand)

Kevin is a nice guy from New Zealand. We have been chatitng for over a year now.

Last I heard, he was getting to know many friends.

Jose (Santa Fe, New Mexico)

This is Jose. He is from Santa Fe, I think. We have chatted and known of each other for a couple of years now. One time that I had a class for work in Albuquerque, we met. We met and went to dinner. Phil (Germany)

This is Phil (on right). He is one of my collest friends ever from Germany. Although we haven't met, we have become good friends throught out the years I've known of him. I can confide in me. We update each other's lives telling what is new in our lives. The guy next to him is his boyfriend. Phil has shown me the other side of many things, and I am thankful for that. Phil has gone to manyplaces and is a well rounded guy. Here is a link to his pictures if you'd like to see them:

Shawn (CA)

This is Shawn. A great internet friend from California. He works selling cars online I think. We get to chat once in a while. Eventhough he is a hottie, he wants people to like him for who he is and what he has to offer. He confess that long before he used to take advantage of his outside beauty, but is no longer happening.

Chon is a friend that I met in Guadalajara. He was friend's of my brother, so we became good friends. Eventhough he knew about me, he was very respectful and didn't care. We hang out together mainly to party. He had this really deep voice... one of them that you hear and they almost make you have an orgasm.

Phil (CA)

This is Phil from California. We became internet friends since over a year ago, perhaps 2...don't reacall. Turns out my good friend Adam (the one that went with me on vacation to Mexico this past new year) got transferred to CA, near where Phil lives. Sine Adam didn't know anyone there, I suggested to talk to Phil. I sent Phil a picture after they both ended up talking on the phone. They met, and now they are ever so happy. We talk on the phone and chat often. They want me to visit them, but I won't for now because I've gone to San Francisco already; I like to visit new places. I do have hope we will meet somehow though. Perhaps when my friend Adam and him marry LOL.
